This recipe uses Sundelion with baking ingredients to create one of the more healing-complete Gloom recovery meals. Bird Eggs are found in treetops across Hyrule and Tabantha Wheat is sold at Rito Village. The custard baking process amplifies the Sundelion's restorative properties compared to simpler preparation methods. Excellent pre-boss preparation before Phantom Ganon encounters.
