View Guide PageAncient Blade
A rare Fuse material found in Zonai sky island chests. When fused to a weapon and used to land a hit, it instantly kills any non-boss enemy regardless of their remaining HP — including Silver Lynels. A one-use consumable (the blade is gone after the kill). Extremely valuable for bypassing tough fights.

Protection against extreme heat environments like the Gerudo Desert (daytime) and volcanic areas. The iconic fortress at the center of the map that has been ripped from the ground and now floats above a massive Gloom chasm. Perfect Parry
A defensive technique triggered by pressing A (raise shield) at the exact moment an enemy attack hits. A successful Perfect Parry deflects projectiles back at the attacker, staggers melee enemies, and does not consume shield durability. Timing is stricter than a Perfect Dodge but essential against projectile-heavy enemies like Constructs.

All five must be awakened to access the game's final dungeon.

Sensor+
An upgrade to the Purah Pad's sensor system, unlocked by completing Robbie's Camera quest at Lookout Landing. With Sensor+ active, the Purah Pad beeps and shows directional pulses when near a photographed object or enemy type. Invaluable for shrine hunting — set it to "Shrine" to locate all undiscovered shrines in a region.
Shield Parry
Pressing A while holding ZL (shield raised) with precise timing deflects an incoming attack. Costs zero shield durability. Successful parry staggers melee attackers and reflects projectiles. Against Lynels, a perfect parry stuns the Lynel long enough for a mount opportunity.

Horses with 6 spurs sustain the longest galloping bursts. Wild horses have random spur counts — finding a 5-speed/6-spur wild horse is a key goal for surface traversal.

Floating magic-casting enemies that appear in three elemental types — Fire Wizzrobe (spawns fire enemies), Ice Wizzrobe (spawns ice enemies), and Thunder Wizzrobe (summons lightning).
