Ironshell Crabs are found on rocky shorelines along the Necluda Sea coast and near Lurelin Village beaches. The risotto preparation extracts the crab shell's toughening compounds more efficiently than simple stir-fry methods. Seven minutes of defense enhancement covers extended dungeon sections and multi-phase boss encounters without needing to re-buff mid-combat. An excellent alternative defense meal when Ironshroom supply is depleted.
