Wheat Bread

Description

Simple bread baked from Hylian Wheat — a staple food found throughout Hyrule's settlements and farmsteads. Hylian Wheat is sold at general stores in Lookout Landing, Hateno Village, and Tarrey Town, or found growing near abandoned farms. Wheat Bread provides minimal healing but is extremely cheap and available early in the game when healing resources are scarce. Most useful as an emergency food source during early exploration or when inventory management forces you to use common crops. Late-game players will rarely use it, but knowing it exists prevents unnecessary starvation deaths on early runs.
