Maren's Tip
Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
A bat-type enemy wreathed in flames found in Death Mountain, Eldin region caves, and volcanic Sky Islands. Contact sets Link on fire and ignites wooden equipment. Ice arrows instantly kill them and prevent the fire burst. Fire Keese Wings fused to arrows add fire damage — useful against ice-element enemies. They swarm in tight formations near lava flows, so area ice attacks clear multiple at once. Flamebreaker Armor prevents the fire contact damage entirely.

How to Beat Fire Keese
Ignites on contact — wear fire-resistant armor or use ice arrows. They dive-bomb in tight formations near lava. Fire Keese Wings fused to arrows add fire damage. A single ice arrow kills a whole swarm.
