Maren's Tip
Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
The most dangerous standard Lynel variant, combining bone-shattering melee with a sweeping multi-arrow fire that covers a wide arc. White-Maned Lynels are frequently placed in elevated locations where backing up risks a fall. Their multi-arrow bow requires sideways evasion to survive. Mounting during the charge stagger is the safest consistent damage window. These drops — Lynel Saber Horn especially — are among the highest-attack fuse materials in the game.

How to Beat White-Maned Lynel Archer
Prioritizes ranged multi-arrow spreads before closing to melee. Dodge the arrow fan sideways — running forward through it is unreliable. Once in melee range, bait the charge and mount during recovery. The mane node is accessible when mounted — land 5 hits before being thrown. Stasis-equivalent item throws create a mount window.
