Description
Primitive leg wrappings with ancient insulating material woven into the fabric. Found in the early treasure chests of the Great Sky Island, these greaves grant Level 1 Cold Resistance — enough to survive the biting cold of the Sky Islands without consuming Spicy Peppers constantly. The cold resistance bonus is their only advantage over base clothes and the reason they are significant early in the tutorial.

Archaic Set
The humble starting clothes Link wears when he awakens on the Great Sky Island — torn trousers, a loose tunic, and worn-out boots. The Archaic Set is the weakest armor in the game with the lowest defense of any wearable gear, but it represents the beginning of Link's journey and serves as a nostalgic reminder of how far he's come. Most players replace it within the first hour of gameplay. A small number keep it for roleplay purposes or bare-minimum challenge runs.
How to Obtain
Link wears these clothes at the start of the game on the Great Sky Island. Cannot be upgraded.
