Maren's Tip
Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
A massive rock golem that disguises itself as a boulder in fields and hillsides across Hyrule. When approached, it rises and attacks with devastating stone fist slams that create shockwaves. Climb onto its body and strike the glowing ore deposit on top with hammers or heavy weapons for bonus damage. When it shakes Link off, circle around and re-climb. Drops Flint, Amber, Opal, and occasionally Ruby or Sapphire — excellent early-game gem income.
