Necluda

Necluda spans the southeastern quadrant of Hyrule, from the wooded hills around Kakariko Village in the west to the seaside cliffs of Hateno Village in the east. This is one of the most accessible and beginner-friendly regions in the game, with moderate enemy difficulty, pleasant temperate weather, and two full villages providing quests, vendors, and services. Geographically, the region is bisected by the Necluda River, which flows from the eastern highlands through the Dueling Peaks — twin mountain spires that frame a dramatic river gorge. West Necluda around Kakariko is forested and hilly, with traditional Sheikah architecture visible on the slopes. East Necluda becomes more open and coastal, with rolling farmland around Hateno Village and the Hateno Bay beyond. Purah's research lab at Hateno Ancient Tech Lab is a key destination for Camera and Sheikah Sensor upgrades, and Hateno Village itself has a dye shop for armor customization. The Sheikah influence is strong in this region — Kakariko's architecture, the Eye of Truth ruins, and the Sheikah Sensor technology all trace to this homeland. Side quests here include Impa's investigation of the regional stone tablets, Cece's mushroom fashion empire in Hateno, and several Yiga-related encounters.
