Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Step 1: Enter Ikosin Shrine in the Necluda region and observe the simple but timing-dependent layout.
2. A single large stone platform travels back and forth on a horizontal rail between the entry ledge and the altar ledge across a wide bottomless pit.
3. The platform moves slowly, taking approximately 12 seconds for a one-way trip, then pauses for 3 seconds at each end before reversing.
4. Step 2: Wait at the entry ledge for the platform to arrive and pause.
5. Step onto it during the 3-second pause window — do not try to jump onto a moving platform, as the gap timing is unforgiving and a miss means falling into the pit.
6. Step 3: As the platform carries you across the gap, watch for a small niche carved into the right wall approximately halfway across.
7. A chest sits inside this niche, and the platform passes close enough (about 1.5 meters) to reach it with a well-timed jump.
8. Step 4: When the platform aligns with the niche, jump off onto the niche ledge.
9. Open the chest to receive a Soldier's Shield (defense 15, a reliable mid-tier shield that excels at parrying due to its balanced weight).
10. Step 5: After grabbing the chest, wait in the niche for the platform to return on its next cycle.
11. The platform reverses after reaching the altar side and passes the niche again on its way back to the entry side.
12. Time your jump to land on the returning platform — you have about a 2-second window as it passes.
13. Step 6: Ride the platform to the altar side.
14. Step off during the pause and walk to the altar to claim your Light of Blessing.
15. Hidden chest: The Soldier's Shield in the midway niche is the shrine's only chest.
16. It requires jumping off and back onto the moving platform, testing your spatial awareness and timing.
17. Ability needed: No shrine abilities are required.
18. This is a pure timing and platforming challenge — patience and observation are the only skills needed.
19. Pro tip: If you miss the platform on the return trip and are stranded in the niche, use Recall on the platform as it moves away.
20. This reverses its direction, bringing it back toward you for another boarding attempt without waiting a full cycle.
