About Great Fairy Cotera
Cotera is the Great Fairy near Dueling Peaks Stable along the road to Kakariko Village. She is the fourth and final fairy, and unlocking all four gives you access to the maximum Tier 4 armor upgrades. Tier 4 upgrades require rare materials like Star Fragments and dragon parts but dramatically boost defense and unlock powerful set bonuses for late-game content.
