Visit Hudson in Tarrey Town, where he explains his ambitious plan to expand the settlement to house refugees displaced by the Upheaval. He needs one skilled worker from each of Hyrule's major races — a Goron, Zora, Rito, and Gerudo — each bringing their cultural construction expertise. He asks Link to travel to each region and recruit volunteers.
