Every enemy type has a weakness. Fire enemies melt with ice, ice enemies with fire. Gibdos are vulnerable to fire and lightning — stock those arrows!
Description
A Stone Talus coated in thick freezing ice that causes cold damage on direct contact. The ice coating must be melted away with fire arrows before the ore deposit weak point becomes accessible. While the ice is intact, striking the Talus deals no meaningful damage. Found in Hebra and Lanayru's coldest zones. Fire arrows are the exclusive effective tool here.

How to Beat Frost Talus
Covered in ice that damages Link on contact. Use fire weapons or fire arrows to melt the ice coating, then climb and strike the ore deposit. Without fire, you cannot climb it safely. Bring fire-fused weapons.
