About This Location
Enchanted forest home of the Koroks and the Great Deku Tree, shrouded in mystical fog that has protected it for millennia. In TotK, the forest is corrupted by Gloom and the Great Deku Tree has fallen ill. Clearing the Phantom Ganon boss in the Depths beneath the forest restores the ancient guardian and lifts the corruption. Hestu, the maraca-shaking Korok, returns here permanently after being freed, enabling convenient pouch upgrades via Korok Seeds. Multiple Korok puzzles dot the surrounding woodland trails, and a cooking pot and rest area serve travelers.
