The spiral-pillar home of the bird-like Rito people, built on a towering rock formation in Lake Totori. In TotK, the village is shrouded in a perpetual freezing blizzard, leaving the Rito struggling to survive. Teba is injured and Tulin must take charge. The bow shop sells excellent bows, and the armor shop has cold-resistant Snowquill gear. Fly up to the upper platforms to meet council elders and gather quest information. The Wind Temple is reached via the sky above the blizzard.
