Description

Visceral organs from a defeated Gleeok — the terrifying multi-headed dragon boss found in various elemental variants across Hyrule's sky, surface, and underground regions. Gleeok Guts are among the strongest elixir enhancement materials in the game and are required for top-tier Great Fairy Fountain armor upgrades. The King Gleeok, which has three different elemental heads simultaneously, drops the most Gleeok Guts per encounter. All Gleeok spawn points are fixed and respawn after every Blood Moon cycle.
