Quest Overview
After the Water Temple is cleared and the Sludge raining on Zora's Domain stops, King Dorephan requests Link's help with the physical reconstruction of the domain's lower platforms, which were heavily corroded by the acidic sludge. Source specific stone blocks from the Lanayru Mountains quarry and use Ultrahand to rebuild the collapsed viewing platforms. Completing the restoration unlocks the full Zora market, a new inn, and a reward from the king.

Travel east into the Lanayru Mountains to a natural stone quarry. Large smooth blocks are stacked near the quarry entrance — they are too heavy for Zora to carry but manageable with Ultrahand. Transport three blocks back to Zora's Domain. Each block fits a specific collapsed platform marked by crumbled stone remnants.

Use Ultrahand to position each stone block precisely into the platform foundations. The game indicates correct placement with a green outline. Two platforms are on the lower residential tier; one is the main market terrace near the domain entrance waterfall. All three must be completed to trigger the next step.

Once all platforms are rebuilt, the Zora merchants return to their stalls and King Dorephan hosts a brief reopening ceremony. He rewards Link with Zora Armor upgrade materials (Opal gemstones, Lizalfos Tails) and restores access to the full Zora market — previously inaccessible shops and an inn room at discounted rate.
