Find the Blocked Cave
Approach a cave entrance sealed by a massive boulder or rubble pile. A distressed NPC stands outside — a traveler who went inside for shelter and became trapped, or a miner who cached valuables before the cave-in. They ask Link to clear the obstruction.

Clear the Obstruction
Use one of three methods: Ultrahand to grab and move the boulder directly, a Bomb Flower fused to an arrow for an explosive blast that shatters rubble, or a heavy Fused weapon to smash the blockage after several hits. The boulder moves cleanly with Ultrahand if you grab its center mass.

Enter and Explore
With the path clear, enter the cave. The interior holds the NPC's stash or the rescued traveler. A chest near the back contains Gems (Opal, Topaz, or Ruby depending on which region's variant you encounter) and rare crafting materials.

Claim the Reward
The rescued NPC or miner rewards Link with Rupees and an additional item from the cache as thanks. Multiple variants of this quest exist across Hyrule's regions — each one is worth solving on sight for the reliable gem and material drops.
