Speak with the Zora Armory Keeper Dento

Find Dento at the Zora armory in Zora's Domain — the building adjacent to the throne room staircase. He is deeply distressed: the ceremonial Lightscale Trident replica used in Mipha's honor ceremonies was lost in the Domain during the sludge deluge. It slipped from the display rack and was swept into the eastern drainage channels before anyone could retrieve it. He asks Link to recover it before the channels are sealed.

Equip the Zora Armor and Enter the Drainage Channels

Don the Zora Armor to enable underwater swimming and wall-climbing in waterfalls. The eastern drainage channels are accessed through a grated opening behind the Domain's lower market level. Inside, the sludge has settled into a murky layer along the channel floor — visibility is limited but the trident's ceremonial golden tines catch the light even through the murk. Swim slowly along the bottom.

Retrieve the Trident from the Underwater Chest

The trident settled into an underwater side alcove in the second drainage segment, where a current pushed it against the wall and an underwater chest formed around it from silt accumulation. Use Ultrahand to clear the silt layer and grab the trident. The weapon is fragile — carry it to the surface gently. If you release Ultrahand underwater, retrieve it from the alcove floor before continuing.

Return the Trident to Dento

Bring the recovered Lightscale Trident replica to Dento at the armory. He checks it carefully for damage — it is intact except for minor tarnish from the sludge water. He polishes it and returns it to the display rack, then rewards Link generously: a full Lightscale Trident replica for Link's personal use, and he narrates the history of Mipha's original trident and its role in Zora ceremonies as additional lore.
