Akkala Ancient Tech Lab Shrine

Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Step 1: Fast travel to the East Akkala Stable or Akkala Ancient Tech Lab if you have it unlocked.
2. The shrine is located at the far northeastern tip of the Akkala Highlands, directly outside the lab building.
3. If approaching on foot, follow the road northeast from the stable past the Akkala Citadel Ruins — watch for Guardian Stalkers patrolling the hillside.
4. Step 2: Speak with Robbie inside the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab to learn about ancient Sheikah technology and unlock his shop inventory (Cherry upgrades).
5. This is optional but highly recommended before claiming the shrine.
6. Step 3: Exit the lab and locate the shrine glowing green approximately 15 meters from the front entrance, near the cliff edge overlooking the sea.
7. Step 4: Enter the shrine and walk directly to the altar — this is a pure Blessing shrine with no puzzle or combat.
8. Interact with the altar to receive the Light of Blessing.
9. Hidden chest: Inside the shrine, a chest sits to the right of the altar path containing an Amber (worth 30 rupees).
10. Ability needed: None — this shrine has no ability requirements.
11. Pro tip: While at the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, purchase Ancient Arrows from Robbie if you have ancient materials — they are the only arrows that one-shot Guardians and are invaluable for the surrounding area.
