Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Step 1: Enter the shrine and survey the center chamber.
2. A large L-shaped stone block sits on the floor, and the altar is visible on a raised platform you cannot reach by climbing alone.
3. The platform wall is smooth with no handholds.
4. Step 2: Use Ultrahand to grab the L-shaped block and rotate it 90 degrees so the shorter arm of the L extends upward vertically, forming a natural step structure.
5. Position the block flush against the raised platform wall so the vertical arm acts as a stepping stone.
6. Step 3: Climb onto the horizontal base of the L-block, then step up onto the vertical arm.
7. From this elevated position, look up — the ceiling directly above has a thin stone section (identifiable by its lighter color and slightly different texture).
8. Step 4: Activate Ascend while standing on the vertical arm of the L-block.
9. Link phases through the thin ceiling and emerges on the upper walkway that leads directly to the altar.
10. Step 5: Before claiming the altar, turn left and check the alcove recessed into the wall.
11. A hidden chest containing a Ruby (worth 210 rupees) sits against the back wall — this is easily missed if you walk straight to the altar.
12. Ability needed: Ultrahand (to position the block) and Ascend (to phase through the ceiling).
13. Both are essential — there is no alternative path.
14. Pro tip: If you rotate the L-block incorrectly and it tips over, use Ultrahand to grab it again and try a different orientation.
15. The correct position has the short arm pointing straight up like a shelf bracket against the wall.
