Remember — if a shrine gives Rauru's Blessing with no puzzle inside, the real challenge was reaching the entrance. Check the surrounding area!

Walkthrough

1. Step 1: Enter Rasitakiwak Shrine in the Akkala region.
2. The theme is Spinning Bouncer — using Recall and physics-based launching to reach elevated platforms.
3. A large stone disc spins continuously on a raised platform in the center of the room, rotating clockwise.
4. The disc has a raised lip (about 30 centimeters high) along one edge that acts as a sweeping arm.
5. Step 2: The altar sits on a high platform about 8 meters above the floor — far too high to reach by climbing or jumping.
6. The spinning disc is the launch mechanism.
7. First, activate Recall on the disc.
8. This reverses its rotation from clockwise to counterclockwise, which is critical — the reversed spin direction creates an upward launch trajectory when the lip catches you, rather than a sideward push.
9. Step 3: Position yourself on the right side of the room, facing the disc.
10. Watch the disc's reversed rotation and track the lip as it sweeps around.
11. When the lip approaches your position from the left (sweeping counterclockwise toward you), jump just before it contacts your feet.
12. The lip catches your jump momentum and the disc's rotational force combines with it, launching you upward and to the right in a high arc toward the altar platform.
13. Step 4: The timing window is narrow — about 0.5 seconds.
14. If you jump too early, the lip passes under you harmlessly.
15. Too late, and the lip knocks you sideways instead of upward.
16. Practice the timing: watch for the lip to be about 1 meter away, then jump.
17. A safety net of soft sand sits below the disc platform, so failed attempts do not deal fall damage.
18. Step 5: After landing successfully on the altar platform, do not claim the Light of Blessing immediately.
19. A chest containing a Gloom Sword (dark energy weapon, 40 attack power but slowly drains hearts while equipped) sits on a small ledge accessible only from the altar platform.
20. Jump across the gap to the ledge, collect the chest, then return to the altar.
21. Step 6: Claim the Light of Blessing.
22. Abilities needed: Recall (to reverse the disc's rotation).
23. Pro tip: If the disc launch keeps sending you in the wrong direction, try standing at different distances from the disc.
24. Standing closer results in a steeper, shorter arc; standing farther results in a flatter, longer arc.
25. The sweet spot for the altar platform is about 2 meters from the disc's edge.
